What was the most interesting thing you learned about the Allstar Cheerleading community while writing Learning to Fly?

Dana Burkey I think the biggest things I learned was the detailed rules of cheer. Before it was all about being entertained by cheer. But now I have to make sure everything I say in my books is level accurate. The research also helped me connect to others in the industry on FierceBoard, which has helped me get to know a lot of other people including a few YouTubers and athletes in my area. All of which makes me even more excited I was inspired to write this series for the cheer world!
