I haven't (yet) suffered from serious writer's block. What I have experienced is 'blind alley syndrome' - where you take the story down a promising road which turns out to be a dead end.

In those cases, I go for a walk. Short walks around the house are good for tricky paragraphs but for really serious problems, I have to head out onto the fells.
