Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Amba Brown My most recent book, "Finding Your Path - A guide to starting high school with a smile" was inspired by my youngest brother starting high school. Seeing his and his friends normal worries as a teenager confirmed my need for a resource for every student starting high school, not only students who we would expect to struggle. That's what I love about positive psychology, it's supporting everyone, not only people who highly need the support.
