What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Dennis Ricci To improve as a writer, you must write something every day. As musicians must practice daily to improve their skill, so we writers must write daily to improve ours. Also, great writers are great readers. Dig into the work of authors, journalists, poets, playwrights, and screenwriters--for sure those who are writing the kinds of pieces you want to produce, but also different genres and interests. The broader our perspectives on life and people, the richer our writing will be.
