What are you currently working on?

Lia Patterson My current story involves a wind mage, a veiled man who keeps secrets, the attraction between them and a sailing ship. Which is why I’m currently rereading the whole Jack Aubrey/Stephen Maturin series by Patrick O'Brian, as it puts me in the right mood for writing.

The world has a Greek flavour, so is rather different from that of ‘Bride to the Sun’, but it’s been fun to invent a whole new magic system, several countries and their history. And of course I love to draw maps!

Hi Lia, I love your books and am currently reading Elephant Thief. I am greatly enjoying it so far. Would you mind telling us how Daughter of the Wolves fits into the timeline? I know Elephant Thief is ~300 years before Bride to the Sun, but I'd like to know when Javaneh and Kiavash met!
