Hi Lope,
Thank you for reading the books! Guns aren't allowed in the cities because of the air filtration agent they use to make sure the air is easily breathable. There's a chance it could combust and so they use crossbows or knives. They have refined the crossbow to such an extent that it's small and powerful like the one Sai has on the cover of Chameleon.

As for a new project. I have a new urban fantasy that I'm co-writing with a long term critique partner. We have that coming up in October. I will have two short story collections releasing before then. Hoping for the first at the end of April/Beginning of May. The second that I'm hoping to release in July will have The Domino Project short story in it.

Any chance that Parasite can or will get another round of editing? The plot, characters and flow of your three novels are all enjoyable and sound, but in Parasite there are enough problems with grammar, punctuation and continuity (Marlena turns into Marlene) that I'm finding the reading experience less than smooth. Thanks.
