I have, several times, and loved it. Best corporate job ever. There's individual competition but still a strong feeling of teamwork. The focus is on doing your absolute best work to make the customer happy.

I wouldn't like working for him. For one thing, It's because he's the one laying out the plans and vision. It's all his dreams and everyone else seems so sold into his dream that they're working day and night for him.
As for the other thing, working for him would mean that my existence be reduced to a battery powering a rocket. I don't want to do that. I would rather have time for myself, read something, go for walks, talk to family or friends, explore different activities out there, or try going somewhere and relaxing. It doesn't sound like his employees could do that.
