I have just started this book, I'm on page 115, in the beginning who is speaking, I seem to think it is death? I was wondering what others thought, but maybe it gets clearer as the story unfolds?

Yeah, Death narrates the book. I think it gives an incredible point of view, because it is not from the Americans or British or German...it is from /Death/. I found it really interesting, but perhaps I am just over analyzing it.
