Bill Gash asked:
I'm Confused - as usual. When was Ash accused of killing his brother? I don't remember this being part of the plot in the first Ash novel - Unless I've totally forgotten everything about the first novel, A Song for the Dying seems to begin without the "set up" for why Ash is in prison, etc. Help
Joe Christie Four pages from the end of the first book. He had been set up in Bristol, his fingerprints on a gun used to shoot him in the foot. The gun was later used by Mrs Kerrigan to shoot his brother.
