Good evening, I am a big fan of AMCS and of 44 Scotland Street. Does anyone know why this book is not offered by Amazon.ca? I don't seem to be able to find it in Canada. The publication date was August 2015 - it is on Amazon.com, but not it's Canadian counterpart. I'm really wondering why..Thank you.

Unfortunately, this is a regular problem with AMCS books. UK publication is significantly sooner than NA's (up to a year or more).
I suggest you subscribe to AMCS's newsletter which details publication dates and availability for various countries.
