It's not been released yet, it won't be until February 2; I am not sure where you have gotten the impression someone's reading it as there aren't reviews yet, just ratings, which can mean anything from how much the person is looking forward to reading the book or what they thought of ARCs (Advanced Readers Copies) or how good the cover art is.
