Jacqui Giovinazzo

Since there are so many books and so little time, and I already know that you should only keep things that you find either useful or beautiful in your home, can I skip this book?

Jennifer (JenIsNotaBookSnob) Yes, you can skip this book.

I found the book beneficial for me as I tend to keep things out of a sense of obligation. I've kept gifts which I never liked, clothes I changed my mind about but had never been worn. I've kept sentimental items to the extent where I had too many to enjoy. The book was for someone like me. If your house is already exactly as you want it, no reason to read this book. It is not a decorating book, it is a decluttering book.
