I liked this book a lot and the whole trilogy was amazing. I think you should give it a try if you don't really like it that's fine, but the second and third books are better in my opinion.

I just read the book a week or so. Everyone was recommending it, so I though I'd give it ago. I loved it. For me, I couldn't put it down. it's a fantasy/adventure book and there is romance. I really enjoyed the romance, I didn't think it was cheesy, however a lot of people do not. If I were you, I would give it a try. It's a really interesting world. Can't wait to read the next one!
