It's called Lost and Found because one twin, Ray, was lost. Not only was his records folder lost inside of Jay's folder, but Ray's identity was lost inside of his brother's. Everybody at school knew Jay (or thought they did) and no one had ever heard of Ray. As Ray's identity became known and the twins' secret was revealed, the "lost" twin was "found". His file was "found" by the school nurse and his identity was "found" as he was placed in different classes and became his own person.
