The blurb here gives the premise of the novel.
But I have no idea what you mean by "a good story line about" a book. People produce good story lines about characters, incidents, artifacts, etc.; a good novel IS a good story line.
I suppose you could produce an independent story line about it, treating it as an artifact. There are titles out there like The Alboran Codex, just Codex*, and The Fuller Memorndum, after all.
If that's not what you're asking, ma'am, what is?

* The Excalibur Codex literally can't tell a codex from a codicil, I'm amused to report.

I couldn't find a plot. It's just disjointed scenes. It reads like fan-fiction.
