Not all ages. I read it at age twelve and was fine though, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with a reading level lower than the 7th grade.

I would recommend it for 13+. Read it when I was twelve and I it felt too mature

It would depend on your age and comfortability with certain topics. It does deal with college and all those problems including underage drinking and some problems not related to colleges like a bi-polar father, divorced parents, relationship problems and sister problems. Definitely take this book with caution if you are not used to those topics. It is a great higher middle grade and high school book but definitely not for elementary kids.
