I am glad you asked that. I know I get so caught up in distractions in this too much stimuli world. Even if I put up important quotes on the wall, I may not refer to them for months. A very clever young woman I work with suggested this as one of Dr. Seuss's best books. She said it is very good for everyone of all ages, which is why I plan to get a copy. Nature and taking time to read help me slow down and remember what is important. I hope this book will also help.
