This answer contains spoilers… (view spoiler)[I don't wanna leave a voicemail, I just wanna leave a message about my opinion on this awesome book if it helps you.

In my opinion the book was freaking awesome. The way Paula created this story and the characters is brilliant. It shows us that even Rachel who was the most damaged character survived and was actually the hero in this story. Yes, the story follows her being drunk and makes her guilty in the first part which was understandable after all she's been through. Some people say they don't understand Rachel and that they don't see anything special in her the way I, Paula and you do. From the first lines about her you can actually see that she is the special one. Everyone in the book sees her being the guilty one because she shouldn't have started drinking, and that if it weren't for here everything would have been different. Yes. But who likes different? Yes, she was an alcoholic . Yes, she couldn't take care of herself. But despite everything everyday she saw an open door to escape reality into her little imaginary world where a couple was always happy and when she saw that door is closing she became more interested but she kept it for herself. Until one night when something happened and someone disappeared. She wanted to help but she couldn't because of her problem. Despite all of this she did find a way to help. Yes, she did mistakes too but she has done her job, and I personally am proud of her. The journey is following her from the beginning to the very end. She is not guilty of what happened, she is actually one of the victims, following Megan, Anna and her child.

Paula's idea was great, putting the entire story in three points of view was something I hadn't expected but I loved it. It showed us how different people see the action and how different the perspectives are from how much they know.

The journey is so interesting and mysterious that after every page you turn you are thinking at different theories and it makes you more and more curious. When I got to the very end I was shocked, after I read all the story from the very beginning I started fighting with myself saying ''How could I be so stupid? How could I not saw this coming?'' .

For what is worth I proud of this story and of Paula for being such a great author. She really needs to write more books like this. I know she can. We all know she can. (hide spoiler)]
