I felt the author was trying for too much; trying to be an anghst ridden teenage girl,a sexually unsure teen boy, a conflicted parent, etc etc. I think she would have had less rewrites had she focused on 2 messy character situations instead of so many,so much. I give this book an "average" rating. Do you agree?
