Octavia Butler...one of my most favorite authors! I believe I've read just about every book she wrote, and I knew the world had lost a genius writer when she died.
Though I have been compared to her (once before) I know I don't hold a candle! If I ever get to be even one fourth as good as she was, I'll count myself lucky!
