The Pumpkin Family is a lovely children's story that addresses the issues of bullying, differences, acceptance and friendship at a level that makes it easy for young children to understand. This book may also be an introduction to discussing the topics of loss and or adoption with a very young child. A good read for all children to begin instilling the values of acceptance of others, friendship and why it's important not to bully or mistreat others.
