This is not a review but an observation about a mistake that bugged me. Alexander is 35, but his mother is 84. That would mean she gave birth to him when she was 49. She should be in her 70s at the most, or he should be in his 40s. I noticed it immediately during the part when he is in England visiting his mother. (Loc. 537) Anyone else pick up on this?
Nancy Brady Haven't read it yet, but it does seem farfetched. Maybe he was a "change of life" baby, that is a baby born as menopause begins. They used to be more common than now, but they still happen.
