What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Manuel Ruiz3 Prior to publishing the Dead Club, I would say getting the ideas that were in my head or on paper for months or even years written on the page. Now that I've done a few school visits, interviews and a panel bookfest, I'd say the best thing is meeting kids, teens and adults who are excited about reading & writing and especially reaching those who don't read regularly or have told me this was the first book they've read in years.
