What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Karen S. Lee The best thing about being a writer is the ability to play out a scene on paper and then hit the "delete" button and rewrite it all again. Writing is my "safety-valve" and sanctuary, a place I can escape into that is all my own. And then when the work is completed to a point and I am in a place to share it with the world, I am then content that I have written the piece purely for myself and others are welcome to enjoy it with me if they so choose.
