Goodreads asked Molly Daniels:

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Molly Daniels I once heard, "Don't get it right, get it written", and this is soooo true! Simply write the story that's in your head and don't worry about words, spelling, facts, or if you've used a comma incorrectly. Just get it down on paper; revising comes AFTER your rough draft is finished. Another thing that mildly drives me crazy is when someone tells me about the book they're writing and they've only written one page in the course of several weeks. You know your story better than anyone, so stop talking and start writing.
