Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

William Burnette I'm not really sure where the original idea came from. I like the topic of a person thrown into an ordeal that they are not looking for. The everyman/woman dealing with something extraordinary. Having spies and heroes are great and I plan to continue with Jack Cavendish; but how real people react to a situation is what I wanted to explore. Not everyone is a hero and I wanted to show that.
