Courtney Maum Thank you so, so much Stephanie—what an encouraging note to read. Sometimes when I'm writing, I imagine myself, quite literally, in the shoes of the characters. I might stand up and actually act out how a character would respond to something with both his/her body and voice which helps me (sometimes!) to get the emotions right. I'm so glad you enjoyed the book!
