I find your method interesting. I tend to meditate and then go into a "free writing" session where I just write anything that comes to mind and run with it. Sometimes the results are quite funny but then on other occasions, I can find topics I never would have thought about. How do you feel about this method?

Everyone has a unique method that works for them. I think free writing is a good method because you can always go back later and edit what you wrote. The objective is to get your thoughts on paper.
