Goodreads asked Hunter Maine:

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Hunter Maine Write! Don't just talk about it, don't go to every rip off author's convention to take workshops, don't be your own worst enemy, don't edit as you write... just write!

With that said, there are quality classes and workshops but don't let that be an excuse to put off getting words on paper because you are still 'learning'. And, don't skip having a process (one that works for you.) Thanks to Louise, I am a disciple of the outline. When it does come time to edit don't be afraid to kill some of your babies in order to tell a better, more coherent, and well paced read.
