Goodreads asked James T. Webb:

How do you get inspired to write?

James T. Webb . I was inspired to write in 2008 after a timeframe when one section of the United States Government said I had made over $100,000,000.00 (One Hundred Million Dollars) rebuilding condemned homes in low income communities where I sold them for $65,000 completed. My business was very successful. I was building in several different states. I also had built churches and estate homes. One I built before this model is at 12660 Boyce mill rd. Google that. There is also a video of it on www.thewahm.org. I just wanted to tell my story after so many lies had been told in a very expensive media campaign to destroy my affordable housing redevelopment company that was rebuilding low income communities, especially in the African American neighborhoods. It did not matter to them that half of my workforce as I created 1000s of jobs were from all races. THE WAHM is my model. Check it out....it could change your life if you are an active investor.
