How do you deal with writer’s block?

Kathleen Sutton When I get stuck or find I’m less than passionate about a piece, I file it away and note on my calendar to revisit it in 3 months. Sometimes the piece reengages my interest, sometimes I harvest bits and pieces and use them in something else, and at times the piece fizzles altogether and gets trashed. That’s all okay. I don’t force anything to work and don’t count any choice as time wasted.
