I lived the life. I spent over thirty years living, working and playing in Southeast Asia. I worked undercover for several years. The story is semi-autobiographical. I know the people, the cultures and the languages of the books Asian settings. So the idea for the book is derived from my experience. As such, it was a lot of fun to write.
