( I missed mention of t…moreI read this question just as I was beginning the book which helped me to track some of the references other readers have made. ( I missed mention of the new Health Care Law) That said, there are no other significant time references. Given the history of technology, the book would have to end in the future. My only question would be, if she was so careful not to land the characters in any one time period, why did she make the technology references at all? (less)
