The only similarity this book has to TFIOS is that both have a girl with terminal cancer, nothing other than that. I'd say it is worth the read although it's not the rollercoaster of emotions that TFIOS is.

i don't feel that they are similar at all, but it is totally worth reading!!! i loved it!!
