I've been trying to find this book and preorder it! Does anyone know where to get a copy of it (Ebook) because I checked everywhere and they don't have it?

Jason Corfman The author delayed the release of the book. I haven't heard what the new release date will be (earlier this month, he said it would be "before the end of this month", but since that is three days away, I'm guessing that won't happen).
