Absolutely. It's one of the few book-to-movie adaptions that I think are completely faithful. But that doesn't mean it's boring to read the book after seeing the movie - it's actually a ton of fun. Plus, there's a lot of background and extra details (such as backstory for Inigo and Fezzik) that really enrich your experience. Go for it!
