Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Siera London I have experience in workplace diversity, specfically in large medical facilities. I enjoy dealing with the issues surrounding the diversity of economics, education, geography and race. My debut novel, CHASING AVA focused on economic diversity. Though Logan and Ava are an interracial couple, color was not a central theme in their story.
