Priya Parmar Vanessa Bell was always using words a bit incorrectly. She was known for her mismatched metaphors and asymmetrical phrasing and Bloomsbury friends picked up the habit and would mimic the style. I wanted to include that grammatical quirk in an unobtrusive way.
