What authors north of the border have most influenced your writing?

Jessica Wren-Wilson Hmmm...not sure if Isabel Allende would count. She lives in California but is from Chile. Aside from her, I would have to say Stephen King, Arthur Hailey, and Suzanne Collins. Also, some of the indie authors I have read since publishing have influenced me a great deal, including THE Phillip Stephens. You have heard of him, right? He is second only to Bryce Allen in the indie picaresque genre.
