This answer contains spoilers… (view spoiler)[No. The girl in the epilogue is a random new person in the program, not Sloane, and has nothing to do with her. The point of the epilogue is to clue the reader in on more of Realm's world. The scene depicts the introduction between Realm and this new girl, in the same way that he had done with Sloane (he even slips up and mentions Sloane's name), just as if he's done it a bunch of times before. Meaning his whole encounter with Sloane in the program was not unique, but it's all part of an act Realm and his buddies in the program have done many times before on repeat. (hide spoiler)]
Meagen Hudson Realm tells Sloane that he signed a two year contract with The Program. He works in a facility for 6 weeks, then has 6 weeks off, and then gets sent to another facility. At the end of the book, Sloan goes to Realm's house but he is gone and his sister is there. We are left to assume that they have called Realm to go to the facility to work with another "challenging" case. It also shows that his "friends" in The Program are handlers as well.
