Oops I apologise for my tardiness but have been in Mildura visiting a grandfather on my partner's side.
My partner is Deb JOHNSON the daughter of Max who is the son of Burton and Marion. The latter are the ones who took their 6 children into the Daintree in 1927 all under 12 and Max was only 12 months old. The Johnson clan had 4 more girls included a set of twins.
Burton is the son of Fritz Johnson who is the son of Ambrose and Margherita Charlotte Blancheflora Johnson the first 'Aussie Johnsons' who immigrated from Denmark arriving in Melbourne in 1855.
