Not close at all! I feel like We All Looked Up was a very gritty apocalypse novel (fighting, etc) whereas All We Have Is Now has a lot more to do with living in the moment/ kindess, etc.

I read these both in the same day, and I found them to be just different enough that I could compare them and yet feel like I read two different books, However, I liked this one better.
