the book I have of this is only 124 pages long and this says 144 ?

Vanessa Dargain Ditto. The story is 124 pages long and 14 pages of extra stuff . Still doesn't add up to 144 . I have the 1993 edition . hmmm .

Alex Mine too. Maybe they're including the extra pages as well? (title page, preview for the next book, etc.)
