I believe she does. She tries to highlight several times Tess’s disparaging comments/views of her cousin’s weight as negatives, yet she still as an author constantly ties Felicity’s thinness with her beauty as if the two are one and the same. It was very fake woke. She also used the word “fat” as an insult. It’s not more an insult that “skinny” it’s a description and shouldn’t be assigned such negative connotations. It was like she was criticizing body shaming but low key was body shaming the entire time.
