To me it does have romance BUT, Everyone sees "romance" in different ways. For example, someone considers romance as sex. To where I see it as little jesters and meaningful kisses and simply just being able to FEEL the characters love.

Not really, no. This book is a worse love story than Twilight, which is really saying something.
