Excuse me, are the first and the second book connected plot-wise? In other words: is it possible to read the books in different order? First about Aphrodite, for example?

Katpower Yes you can but I recommend reading them in order. In some books like Medusa the Mean, Medusa flash backs to the first book when Athena by accident wrote snakey-poo, then Medusa used it, causing her hair to change to snakes. The snakes turns mortals to stone. The snakes are now her best friends. This is why I recommend to read in order, but frankly you can read in any order you prefer if you don't mind a few spoilers.
