Jo asked:

I read this book in fifth grade. Does anyone know if any of the other books by Hahn are good for kids around that age?

Kara Rutledge Most of them are really good and age appropriate . . . The Doll in the Garden, Time of the Witch, The Jellyfish Season, Stepping on the Cracks, The Dead Man in Indian Creek, and The Spanish Kidnapping Disaster were my go to books by Mary Downing Hahn when I was 11. December Stillness was good for kids a little older.
Amanda I know this question is old, but all of her ghost stories are good. The Old Willis Place is my favorite. All the titles below, plus The Ghost of Crutchfield Hall and Time For Andrew.
Tamit Weldeyesus Deep dark and dangerous is a really good one
Valeri Doll in the Garden is another good one!
Megan's Picks For Today Blog All the lovely bad ones.
