Does it get more interesting after the first book? And do you get used to the Scottish brogue more? I loved Jamie and Clare, but found the dialogue annoying, when normally I can get past that in a book much more quickly.

Zoe I'm on book 2 and so far, must say I preferred book 1, but I may change my opinion as I get more into it! I haven't found the dialogue annoying, I think it brings the characters to life and helps shape them in your imagination. Especially Jamie. But then I've always had a bit of a weakness for the Scottish accent!
