Just start from the beginning. You probably won't understand it all but the changes that it produces in your energy field will happen regardless of this. I read the whole thing and felt a lot of subtle energy and have begun to have waves of euphoria. Actuallly I didn't even read the spiral parts of the book because they were so difficult but I may go back and try to read them to see if they provide extra benefits.
