Kaitlynn asked:

It's not just a question, but you got something wrong about the review. They were first written down by prophets on brass plates, not gold. They may look gold, but really it was brass. You should fix that. Thank you. Are you going to fix that?

Linda If you read the whole book, you'd know that the Brass plates were what Nephi went back to get from Jerusalem. The major compilation that is The Book of Mormon was an abridgment of several hundreds of years of history which Mormon (and later Moroni) wrote on plates of gold. So really the summary is correct. :D
Cristie of Crops and Craps and Things Long Since Past The Book of Mormon really was written on gold plates and the Old Testament was written on brass plates - there wasn't a mistake.
Sarah Johnson If you're just here to insult what other people believe in, then you don't belong here. This church is the fastest growing church, so maybe you should learn about it before you sit there and insult it. Maybe you should read the book before you comment on it. Contact the missionaries in your area, they'll give you a copy for free.
Teresa The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints scriptures say the Angel Moroni told Joseph Smith “34 He said there was a a book deposited, written upon gold plates, giving an account of the former inhabitants of this continent, and the source from whence they sprang. He also said that the fulness of the everlasting Gospel was contained in it, as delivered by the Savior to the ancient inhabitants;” ~ Pearl of Great Price
